Returns:

We always strive to make customers happy with our new Stricto products. But sometimes it may be not the thing you are looking for. That's why we will also help you to return it. Remember that you have 14 days of reflection time after receiving the Stricto leg cover.

Important:

- Make sure the product is back in its original packaging.
- That the product is undamaged so that we can make someone else happy again.
- Return costs are for your own account.

Refunds:

If you return the Stricto leg cover in original status within 14 days, after receiving the product, you are entitled to a complete return of the purchase amount.

We would like to alert that we can only refund the purchase amount when we have received the product. That is why we recommend you use a track and trace code when you send it to us.

In addition, we want to draw your attention to it again that it is really important to contact us regarding the return address as this address sometimes changed.

After we have assessed the product and there is no visible damage, you will receive the full purchase amount deposited into your account.
